Sayt, Instagram, Facebook və ya WhatsApp vasitəsilə EduDistance ilə paylaşdığınız məlumatların silinməsini istənilən vaxt tələb edə bilərsiniz. Bunun üçün səbəb göstərmək lazım deyil və ödənişsizdir.

Necə müraciət etməli

1. info@edudistance.az ünvanına «Məlumatların silinməsi» mövzusu ilə yazın və ya +994 55 206 25 66 nömrəsinə WhatsApp-da yazın.
2. Bizə hansı hesabdan yazdığınızı göstərin: Instagram və ya Facebook istifadəçi adı, telefon nömrəsi və ya e-poçt. Mümkünsə, tələbi həmin hesabdan və ya nömrədən göndərin — bu, başqasının sizin adınızdan tələb göndərməsinin qarşısını alır.
3. Müraciətinizə müraciət nömrəsi (məsələn, DEL-20261008-01) veririk. Bu nömrə ilə istənilən vaxt eyni ünvana yazıb vəziyyəti soruşa bilərsiniz.
4. Tələbi ən geci 30 gün ərzində icra edir və nəticəni sizə yazırıq. Silə bilmədiyimiz bir şey olarsa, səbəbini açıq yazırıq.

Nə silinir

• bizim və marketinq tərəfdaşımızın sistemlərində saxlanan şərhləriniz, mesajlarınız və onlara verilən cavabların qeydləri;
• əlaqə məlumatlarınız (ad, telefon, e-poçt) və müraciətlərinizlə bağlı qeydlər;
• eyni şəxs kimi tanınan bütün hesablarınız: məsələn, Instagram-da yazıb Facebook-da da öz nömrənizi qeyd etmisinizsə, hər ikisi silinir.

Silinmədən sonra jurnalımızda yalnız müraciət nömrəsi, tarixlər və nəyin neçə qeyd silindiyi qalır. Adınız, nömrəniz və istifadəçi adınız jurnalda açıq yazılmır.

Nə silinmir

• Qanunun saxlanmasını tələb etdiyi sənədlər — kurs müqaviləsi və ödəniş sənədləri — qanunla müəyyən olunmuş müddət bitənədək saxlanılır. Bu sənədlər başqa heç bir məqsədlə istifadə olunmur.
• Instagram və Facebook-dakı açıq şərhiniz Meta-nın serverindədir. Onu Instagram və ya Facebook tətbiqində özünüz silə bilərsiniz. WhatsApp və Messenger yazışmasını da həmin tətbiqlərdə silə bilərsiniz.
• Şifrəli ehtiyat nüsxələr heç bir işdə istifadə olunmur. Ehtiyat nüsxədən bərpa olunarsa, icra olunmuş silinmə tələbləri yenidən tətbiq edilir.

Facebook və Instagram girişi haqqında

Bizim Meta tətbiqimiz yalnız EduDistance-ın öz səhifələrindəki şərh və mesajlara cavab vermək üçündür. Siz bu tətbiqə Facebook və ya Instagram hesabınızla daxil olmursunuz və ona hesabınıza giriş icazəsi vermirsiniz. Ona görə tətbiqi hesabınızdan silmək lazım deyil: silinmə yuxarıdakı müraciətlə aparılır.

Data Deletion Instructions (English)

Effective date: 8 October 2026

You can ask EduDistance at any time to delete the information you shared with us through the website, Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp. You do not need to give a reason, and it is free of charge.

How to ask

1. E-mail info@edudistance.az with the subject “Data deletion”, or message +994 55 206 25 66 on WhatsApp.
2. Tell us the account you wrote to us from: Instagram or Facebook username, phone number or e-mail. Where possible, send the request from that account or number — it stops someone else asking in your name.
3. We give your request a request number (for example DEL-20261008-01). Quote it in a message to the same address at any time to ask about its status.
4. We complete the request within 30 days at the latest and tell you the result. If something cannot be deleted, we tell you why.

What is deleted

• your comments and messages stored in our systems and our marketing provider’s systems, and the records of the replies to them;
• your contact details (name, phone, e-mail) and the records of your enquiries;
• every account we know to be you: for example, if you wrote on Instagram and also gave your phone number on Facebook, both are deleted.

After deletion our log keeps only the request number, the dates and how many records were deleted where. Your name, number and username are not written in the log in readable form.

What is not deleted

• Records the law requires us to keep — course contracts and payment records — are kept until that legal period ends and are used for nothing else.
• A public comment on Instagram or Facebook lives on Meta’s servers: you can delete it yourself in the Instagram or Facebook app. WhatsApp and Messenger conversations can likewise be deleted in those apps.
• Encrypted backups are not used for any processing. If a backup is ever restored, all completed deletion requests are applied again.

About Facebook and Instagram login

Our Meta app is used only to answer comments and messages on EduDistance’s own pages. You do not log in to it with your Facebook or Instagram account and you do not grant it access to your account, so there is no app to remove from your account settings: deletion is handled through the request above.
